Rachel Klastorin Samek, Esq. has exclusively practiced family and marital law in South Florida since 2007. Ms. Samek exclusively focuses her practice on family law matters and works
to resolve family issues outside of court and through a negotiated, mediated, cooperative and/or collaborative approach. Ms. Samek is an Accredited Collaborative Professional (certification received).
Ms. Samek additionally is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. She works directly with families looking to mediate their issues without the representation of an attorney for a lower cost and less litigated solution.
